We are a small kennel in Northwest Louisiana that breeds Smooth haired and long haired miniature
dachshunds a few times a year. My husband grew up with a dachshund and bought one for a Christmas
present for me our first year together and I have been in love with them ever since. Each year we
have accumulated a new member of the "family" even though we would swear that we would get no more.
We finally decided that because we obviously can never get enough of these little guys, we'd just start
a business of raising them and sharing the joy of bringing a new member into someone else's lives.
All of our dachshunds are raised in our home and are handled by my husband and I as well as our
daughters from day one. They will come to you already very pampered and spoiled!! They are AKC
registered, will have been wormed every 2 weeks from birth, be current on all shots and will come to you
with a puppy kit that includes a small bag of puppy food, a toy, helpful information on house training,
feeding, etc, a copy of the parents AKC certificates, and a health record. We also provide a 1 year
health guarantee.
We do NOT sell to puppy mills or brokers so do not even email or call!! All of our dogs are our pets and
we expect that your puppy will be the same for you! The prices listed are for Pet registration which
means that the dog is AKC registered but no litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration.
You must have the dog spayed/neutered and proof of the procedure provided to us if you wish to receive
your registration papers. If you are interested in Full Akc registration email us and we can discuss.
We will ship your puppy to you for a price in addition to the puppy price. We can ship anywhere in the
United States. Shipping prices include airfare, an airline approved pet crate, and a required health
certificate. We do not make a profit on the shipping costs. We only charge you what it actually costs to
ship the puppy. Please call or email for additional information if you would like your puppy shipped.
We do accept a $100.00 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. The deposit can be
paid with pay pal, personal check, cash, or money order, however, the balance MUST be paid either via
pay pal or money order ONLY prior to us shipping the puppy or you can pay with cash if you are picking
up your puppy.
