| GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN |
| This is Dorie, a little silver dapple that was born to Daisy and Gizmo in February of this year. Although she was only with us for a very short period of time, she was loved by us very much and touched us dearly. She was born with hydrocephaleus and struggled to thrive from the beginning. We had to give her supplemental feedings and even put her with our other female, Dixie, as a surrogate, to see if that would help. She would gain a little weight only to start to lose again. We fought to keep her for three weeks and she finally lost her battle on March 16, 2007. We will never forget her or the short time that we had with her!!!! WE MISS YOU DORIE! |
